Anthony Bullion is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), with over 20 years of experience in both aerospace and oil and gas, working for Jacobs Engineering at the Johnson Space Center (JSC). In his aerospace career, he has worked in the test and verification organization of Orion, program management on International Space Station (ISS) Program, and in Space Shuttle Upgrades organization. In his oil and gas career, he has worked as a field engineer and chemist in drilling and milling operations as well as leading organizations in requirements management and systems engineering to engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
Anthony holds B.S. in Physics from Lamar University and M.S. in Physics and Systems Engineering from University of Houston at Clear Lake.
Tauseef
Qazi (CSEP)
Treasurer
Tauseef Qazi has been a key member of power systems applications group of Hitachi Energy (formerly Hitachi ABB Power Grids), since 2001, where he is known for realistic simulation experience when training utility operators on Operator Training Simulator (OTS). Tauseef has a diverse background and field experience in Process Control, Power Plants Commissioning, SCADA, and Enterprise Software. He has been a leading participant in Hitachi Energy’s development, engineering, and deployment of the Network Manager®/Ranger®/Global Ranger® OTS which are in use by several US and international electricity grid operators. Tauseef earned a Bachelor of Engineering in industrial electronics from the Institute of Industrial Electronics Engineering in 1994 and a Professional Master’s in Applied Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016. He is certified by INCOSE as Certified Systems Engineering Professional – CSEP. As a systems engineer, Power and Energy Systems, MBSE and System of Systems around software intensive systems interest him more.
Louis
Huerta
Secretary

Mr. Huerta is the Sr. Systems Engineer at Nanoracks LLC overseeing development of Nanoracks system engineering process and development of the Nanoracks Outpost project. He also has over 15 years of experience at NASA. Where he worked on the NASA Gateway Program as the Project Engineer and Testing Lead for the Exploration Software and Crew Operations (ESCO) CO24 group for the Gateway Portable Computer (GPC) Project. He worked in the NASA Flight Operations Directorate at JSC since October 2006. Previous roles include working in the Flight Procedures and Planning group providing console support for the International Space Station as ODF and OCA Specialists. He also lead the International Procedure Viewer Suite software project to supply the ISS Crew and International Flight Control Team with electronic procedures and the Electronic Procedures Application Software Suite – Library Administration Tool software project in support of Exploration missions.
Mr. Huerta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla in 2005 and a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2020.

Rey is currently a project engineer for the Aerospace Corporation working in the Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA) Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP) within the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) program office as a member of the Requirements, Interfaces, and Verification (RIV) team that supports NASA. EHP is the NASA program that contains the development of space suits for the moon and lunar rovers. He has over 25 years of experience working in various roles as a NASA contractor and in oil and gas. Roles in the aerospace industry as a NASA contractor include working as a test project engineer working in a NASA RF Communications test laboratory, project engineer working on new product development in the Space Shuttle Upgrades group, systems safety engineer for the Shuttle robotic arm, and systems engineer on the International Space Station program (ISS) helping to manage requirements for various hardware and software projects. Roles in the oil and gas industry include working as a systems engineer working on implementing a requirements management system, helping design engineers develop and manage requirements for new product development and working as a lead systems engineer working on various projects in the Climate Technology Systems group. He has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M, a Masters in Computer Engineering from University of Houston at Clear Lake and an MBA from University of Houston. Rey is currently an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management International (PMI).

Tim is currently the Lead Verification and Validation Systems Engineer for Axiom Space Extravehicular Activity (EVA) Program to get humans back walking on the moon. He has over 18 years of experience working in roles ranging from Safety Engineer, Configuration and Data Management of SE Tools, Program and project SEs and a few years in Oil and Gas working with SLB on Subsea Completions. He has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Masters in Systems Engineering and Architecture from University of Southern California.
